View Your Current Plan

Go to SettingsBilling to see:
  • Your current plan and credits usage
  • Next payment date
  • Account balance
  • Invoice history
You can also see your remaining credits in the Magic Chat sidebar.

Change Your Plan

To upgrade or switch plans:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade and choose a new plan
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe
When upgrading mid-cycle, you’ll receive prorated credit for the remaining time on your current plan.

Manage Payment Method

Click Manage Subscription in SettingsBilling to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • Change your billing address
  • View and download invoices

Cancel Your Subscription

Open billing settings

Go to SettingsBilling in your 21st account.

Cancel your plan

Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the billing page.

Keep access until period ends

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again.

Downgrade to Free

After the billing period ends, your account automatically switches to the Free plan with 100 monthly credits.
You can also cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal by clicking Manage Subscription in billing settings.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Immediate: Your subscription is marked for cancellation at the end of the billing period
  • Until period ends: You keep full access to your paid plan and remaining credits
  • After period ends: Your account moves to the Free plan (100 credits/month), usage resets to zero
  • Your projects are preserved: All your Magic Chat projects and generated code remain accessible

Resubscribe

You can resubscribe at any time by going to SettingsBilling and choosing a new plan. Your previous projects will still be available.
