Do I need to pay to use 21st?
Do I need to pay to use 21st?
No. Browsing and searching the Marketplace is always free. On the free
Hobby plan you get 2 free component copies per day and 2
marketplace searches per day via the CLI/MCP, plus 30 free 21st AI
credits per month for generation. A paid plan
(Builder or Team) removes the daily marketplace limits.
What do the paid plans include?
What do the paid plans include?
There is one paid tier for individuals, Builder, and one for teams,
Team. Both bundle everything together: unlimited Marketplace access
(unlimited component copy and search via CLI/MCP) plus monthly 21st AI
generation credits — there is no separate AI plan to buy. Need more credits?
Buy a pack of +100 for $5 on any plan; pack credits roll over. See
Pricing & Credits.

I bought a template — who do I contact for support or a refund?
Templates listed on 21st.dev are sold directly by third-party sellers, not
by 21st. Contact the seller for support, delivery issues, or refunds. If a
listing looks misleading or broken, also let us know at
support@21st.dev so we can review it.
I got an email demanding payment for a 'security vulnerability' — is that real?
I got an email demanding payment for a 'security vulnerability' — is that real?
No. 21st does not run a paid bug bounty program, and we never pay under
pressure. Ignore emails that threaten to publish or exploit a
“vulnerability” unless paid. If you’ve found a genuine security issue,
report it responsibly to support@21st.dev.
